| Minutes of Meeting | 1.Leave of absence of any Director, if any. Leave – IPP Rtn Kshama Gangoli, Rtn Arvind Surange Absent – Rtn Ketan Joshi Present: Maneesha, Deepti, Girish, Mohan, Shyam Sunder, Rajendra, Taranath, Neelam, Avinash, Vivek. 2.Reading of the minutes of 12th BOD - Done 3.Passing of Budget proposal – Treasurer Rtn Taranath proposed the Budget In Deficit. It was observed that the deficit was mainly due to increase in dollar exchange rates (from INR 71 to INR 75 per Dollar) and no increment in club fees. Rtn Taranath proposed to make up the deficit by increasing club fees by Rs. 500 (covering the deficit of Rs5/dollar. Rtn Avinash Nawate and Rtn Deepti Poojary seconded. -Consider sleeping kit &nurses training projects to be done through trust. 4.Treasurer to present Report – Point not relevant for first BOD 5.Tackling of delayed payments - Point not relevant for first BOD 6.Taranath’s email regarding dues Last Rotary year’s President Ramgopal Rao, Treasurer Suryakant Prachande and Secretary Maneesha have done commendable job in handing over the account with no dues and payments pending with any of the club members. Current BOD congratulated the last year team for this. 7.Approval of prospect members Ankush Ahirrao, Shilpa Raje, Shanthi, Gayatri, Rajendra Gandhi and Arjun Devrukhkar: Shanthi and Gayatri are inducted as members of RCPN on 30th June 2021 during President Maneesha’s Installation ceremony. For proposed members Ankush Ahirrao, Shilpa Raje, Rajendra Gandhi and Arjun Devrukhkar – Membership Director Rtn Avinash Nawathe will be completing the routine process for inducting new members. 8.Oxygen Generator Project sanction – in anticipation Balance sum of Rs 1.3 Lakh from the fund raised last year for Oxygen Concentrator project has been unanimously decided to be utilized for Oxygen Generator Project (Siachen) in synergy with District 3131. Rtn Kumar Shinagare has committed Rs 70000 for this project. 9.Approval for strategic retreat Rtn Girish Konkar, Rtn Aruna Kelkar, Rtn Ashok Jain and Rtn Kuldip Joshi have formed the committee for planning the event of strategic retreat being conducted on 28-29 Aug 2021. This will be contributory meet. Bod has decided a cap of in the range of Rs 3500/- to Rs 4500/-(inclusive of GST) per head for accommodation and meals. The agenda and the venue is to be decided by this committee members and to be shared with all RCPN members. This concept of having outdoor meeting for working out the long term strategic planning for the club has been approved by BOD. 10.Gram Prabodhini - Trustee criteria for appointment: RCPN needs to appoint three trustees in Gram Prabodhini’s Trust. Currently, only two trustees - Rtn Deepak Raysoni and Rtn Taranath, are appointed and for the third position, we have received two applications from Rtn Suryakant Prachande and Rtn Sunil Modak. However, a committee for Gram Prabodhini needs to be formed to decide the criteria of appointing the trustees from RCPN and understanding their roles and responsibilities. Bod also has asked to look into why our club RCPN needs to be on the trust since this has liability of non-Compliance. Any other point with the permission of the chair Rtn Girish Konkar has suggested to plan for ‘Hatke BOD Meetings’ (Innovative venues and themes) and other members welcomed this idea. 11.Vote of Thanks were proposed by Secretary Rtn Deepti Poojary and has invited all BOD members for the next BOD. The agenda and the venue will be conveyed meanwhile. |
